Welcome
Health and Safety Network is to identify and assess the needs of children, youth
and families in an ongoing process, and to develop and maintain a plan to address
these needs. The Network will coordinate with all sectors of the community to plan
and implement evidence-based strategies to reduce substance abuse among youth through
enhancing protective factors and reducing those factors that increase risk.
